Atelier New York offers a curated selection of luxury fashion, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your acquisition. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and remove any previous delivery markers.

• 4.
  Final Inspection

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the garment; approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
